On November 15, 2008, Dr. Alan Cheung, former school board member of Montgomery County Public Schools (MCPS), provided training to Hanban teachers with MCPS and DC public schools. Ms. Aizat Oladapo, Program Manager with Department of Health and Human Services of Montgomery County, monitored the training.
