Harmony Institute (HCI) is a Maryland Higher Education Commission Approved 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization.

Founded in 1995, HCI has provided workforce training to help local communities, especially youth, to succeed in today's technologically driven and globalizing society. In addition, HCI provides training for teachers to help schools solve teacher shortage problems through HCI's Teacher and Culture exchange programs.

Our organization uses state-of-the-art technology to provide cultural exchange activities and trainings with cutting edge equipment and high-quality professionally certified instructors. HCI engages students in the process of learning through an innovative and exciting way.
